RISE. REWRITE. RENEW.

Healing Without All The Bullshit.

StrongHeart Warrior Project is a trauma‑informed, no‑bullshit healing space for individuals and couples navigating betrayal, attachment wounds, chronic conflict, emotional disconnection, identity loss, and the fallout of living in survival mode for too long.

We don’t minimize your pain. We don’t offer platitudes. We don’t pretend healing happens through positivity alone.

We help individuals reclaim their sense of self. We help couples rebuild trust, communication, and emotional safety. We help both learn how to stop abandoning themselves and each other.

Whether your breaking point came through betrayal or something else entirely, this is where you rebuild with truth and emotional maturity.

I’m not a passive therapist. I’m a survivor, a mother, and a warrior who has walked through betrayal, grief, and shame — and came out the other side with my integrity intact.

I didn’t learn this work from textbooks. I learned it by living through the kind of pain that forces you to choose: collapse… or rise.

I grew up in an alcoholic home. I endured relational trauma that tried to convince me I was unworthy, unlovable, or too much. And I fought my way back to myself — with truth, boundaries, and a level of self‑respect no one can take from me.

That’s why I created the StrongHeart Warrior Project. Not to offer comfort — but transformation.

And transformation requires skill. Over nearly 30 years in the field, I’ve trained extensively in evidence‑based and trauma‑informed modalities, including:

  • Gottman Method Level 2 (couples therapy)

  • EMDR (trauma reprocessing)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Somatic Therapy

  • Energy Healing & Integrative Approaches

I specialize in CPTSD, PTSD, betrayal trauma, attachment wounds, relationship issues, and couples counseling, but after three decades in this work, I’m comfortable treating most issues across the lifespan. I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families — and I’ve seen firsthand that healing is possible at every age and stage.

Today, I feel more confident in this field than ever. We have more strategies, more neuroscience, more trauma‑informed tools, and more ways to help people rise than at any point in history.

You do not have to suffer. You do not have to stay stuck. You do not have to heal alone.

I’m here to walk with you — with truth, skill, and the kind of grounded support that actually changes lives.

                  My Mission

My vision for the StrongHeart Warrior Project is to create a world where individuals and couples no longer heal through silence, shame, or  self‑abandonment — but through truth, and the courage to rise.

I envision a community where people who have been betrayed, dismissed, or conditioned to doubt themselves learn to trust their voice,     honor their boundaries, and build relationships rooted in respect and emotional maturity.

This work is bigger than recovery. It’s a reclamation.

A reclamation of identity. A reclamation of self‑worth. A reclamation of relationships that are built on truth, not performance.

Through counseling, education, and the HEART Method™, StrongHeart Warrior Project is shaping a new standard of healing — one where:

  • Individuals rise from trauma with clarity and self‑respect

  • Couples learn to communicate with honesty, safety, and emotional presence

  • Families break generational patterns with courage and intention

  • Communities are strengthened by people who refuse to abandon themselves

My vision is a movement of warriors — people who choose truth over illusion, boundaries over chaos, and healing over survival.

This is not just a practice. It’s a revolution of the heart. And every person who walks through these doors becomes part of that revolution.

               My Vision

I envision a world where survivors of betrayal don’t just “move on”—they rise.

A world where women, men, and families no longer carry shame for the harm done to them. Where the cycle of silence is broken, generational wounds are healed, and every person has the tools to stand in their truth—without apology.

I see communities where emotional safety is not the exception, but the standard. Where therapists, leaders, and loved ones understand the deep psychological impact of betrayal trauma—and respond with empathy, not judgment.

At the center of my vision is a powerful belief:

Healing is not a return to who you were—it’s the becoming of who you truly are.

This is my vision: a world where trauma no longer silences—but catalyzes purpose.
A world where pain becomes the portal to power.
A world where you remember who you are—and rise as the warrior you were always meant to be.

I came to Leslie after years of feeling like I was the problem. I had been gaslit, betrayed, and emotionally worn down. Her HEART Method didn’t just give me steps—it gave me myself back. For the first time in my life, I feel safe in my own skin. I’m not just surviving anymore. I’m becoming.

Leslie doesn’t just understand trauma—she honors it. Her words, her presence, and her story helped me see that I wasn’t weak for staying… I was human. Through her guide and counseling, I found the clarity to leave a toxic relationship and the courage to start over on my terms. This project changed my life.

When I read Leslie’s guide, I felt like someone finally put words to what I had been feeling for years. The betrayal quiz helped me realize I wasn't crazy—I was wounded. Her training videos, her voice, and her honesty helped me rebuild trust not just in others, but in myself. Leslie is a light for anyone walking through the dark.
