Dec 10, 2025Last night I was part of a demonstration of the Energy Eden protocol. Because it was for teaching, they sped things up — and my body had some very strong opinions about that. Fever, sweating, stomach rebellion… let’s just say it wasn’t pretty.
The lesson? Healing practices are not a sprint. If you’re reading the book or following the video series, please remember: you have plenty of time. Your body deserves patience, not pressure.
I almost skipped martial arts class because I was sweating profusely all day, and felt nauseous. I showed up anyway, felt like I was going to die (but I didn't--it was cringe though), Sometimes it’s not about looking graceful, it’s about showing up and honoring the effort.
So here’s my playful but serious advice: gooooo… slowwwww. Think “tortoise wins the race,” not “rocket launch.” Listen to your body, respect its pace, and let the integration happen naturally.
The good news? Even with the intensity they showed us Tuesday night, I could feel the method does something. It works. And, I 'm excited to start teaching it. But it works best when you give yourself space to absorb the shifts — without turning it into a competitive sport.
